Since 1984 MCP has been committed to the electromechanical engraving process installing its first Ohio Electronic Engraving System over the past 15 years that system has been added to and upgraded numerous times to provide a very flexible and productive means to exceed customer requirements. MCP’s addition of a high output engraving head allows us to achieve engraving depths of up to 100 microns without chemical re-etching for specialized coating applications. MCP services the medical, confectionery, and electronics industries with these cylinders providing consistent metered film weights or thickness.
