 The Barco GigaSetter is the high-quality image setter for extremely large film size printing processes as billboard production, textile and corrugated packaging and display printing. Large images are usually produced by projecting several films onto the media. The GigaSetter produces the film directly and cuts the production time and cost by reducing the labor involved and the material consumption. Outstanding quality is obtained by eliminating several duplicating steps and misregistration risks. A single film can hold a complete print-ready 32-up imposition, making this image setter attractive to magazine and newspaper printers using large web offset presses. At the present time, there are only eleven of these units in the entire world. |

 Either our Dolev 400 Laser Image Plotter or our Dolev 800 Laser Image Plotter with the DuPont 37C MK2 inline film processor are excellent choices for consistent and accurate plotting of films that don't require either the large size or the phenomenal speed of the Barco GigaSetter. Combined with our Desktop Publishing Prepress Department and our award winning Scitex Imaging Division, both the Dolev Plotters are a very economical option when producing films for either lithographic, flexographic, silk-screen or roto gravure jobs. |
